Rochdale Place

This project truly has all the elements of a landscape put together. When Trim was originally approached by this client the plan was for a simple patio and fire pit to roast marshmallows with the kids. Soon enough it morphed into an outdoor living space like no other. The client had tried to piece together various contractors and suppliers to make their dream project happen but couldn’t find one to do it all until they came across Trim.

We provided an extensive landscape design and grading plan to incorporate a swim spa for lounging and fitness; outdoor dining area on the composite deck; pool house for changing and storage; frosted privacy panels as well as ample space for relaxing in the sun and enjoying the view of the water.
